4. I know of my own personal knowleuse that it is the fact
that the said Walter Guthrie Erwin has resided within His
Britannic Majesty's Dominions at the Colony of Hans Kuns
aforesaid in the mammer and to the extent stateu in the said
memorial from the 19th day of repruary 1910 to the present
time. My knowledge in this respect has been acquired through
my personal acquaintance with the said Walter Guthrie Erwin
from which fact I am enabled to make the Declaration contain-
eu in this paragraph.
AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions
of the statutory Declarations Act 1855.
