EASTER! AVIATION DEVELOPMENT.
The OBJECTS OF THE SCHEME are as followe:-
a. To open up a new field for Aviation.
b. To introduce British Aircraft to the East,
c. To enable certain Governmente which up to now have
failed to take any netive interest in Aviation, to have
an opportunity of seeing in what wave Airereft, then
properly operated, can be of advantage to them.
d. To provide sircraft; etc., and the necessary
personnel, with which to carry out practics] demonstra-
tions over certain probable Air Routes; and with which
to demonstrate the other branches of the Subject; with
a view to showing the practic»bility of modern aviation as a reliable method of Transport; Survey; Photography;
etc.
The ultimate formation of a Company to operate such
Bervices and Enterprises. To seek Government support
in regard to Mail concessione, etc., after the proved practicability of certain Routes and Services.
The Uses of Aviation to the Colonies.
Taking into consideration the Countries that we have to deal with (Malaya; Serawak; British "orth Borneo; (The Phillipines) and Hongkong) it may be stated that Aviation can be of particular use in the following directions:-
1. Communication, (Mails; Passengers; Goods)
2. Exploration, Research.
