Governor Byrne :- "A loyal, conscientious official and a good surgeon who is much respected throughout the Colony. I would strongly recommend him for a change to
a larger station. Dr. Addison has been Medical Officer
here since 1907 and well deserves a change to a more
important station. I submit that occasional changes in
the Medical personnel are an advantage”.
