(a)
The Committee recommended
-
That the question of whether the extension of
the naval dock at Hong Kong was permissible under the
Washington Treaty should be referred to the Legal Advisers
of the Foreign Office for their opinion.
(b)
Thatthere was no objection to the storage at
Hong Kong of spare parts for aircraft borne in H..ships.
(c) That there was no objection to the establishment
of a Naval Volunteer Reserve at Hong Kong.
