So beg to state that "r, Merle, has been in our
employmert since Karoh 1909. He served an apprenticeship
of 5 years in the shops, 1 year and 9 months in the Crane noe
Drawing Office at our Naval Construction Works, Barrew-in-
Turness, and has since been employed as a draughtaran in eur
Ordnance Drawing Office in London.
We have pleasure in stating that he has given every
satisfaction in the performance of his duties, and da leaving
lus of his own accord to take up another post.
