In order that the Government may preserve control
over Imperial Viroless Communications, we are strongly
of opinion that as private ormary should be granted
a licence to great a dreless station in the United
Kingdom with the best of communicating with kritish
territory everges. All such stations should, in our
opinion, be constructed and operated by the Government.

The following is a summary of our proposals :-
(1)
The areation of the second Imperial station in Egypt to be abandoned.
(2)
The erection of the station in Hong Kong to be deterred.
(3)
The station in England to be doublef in porer.
(4)
10.
The stelion in India to be the duplicate of the station in England, and to be constructed at the cost of His Majesty's Geverament, subject to repaymert at e later date by the Governsent of India.
