dated 15th April, 1922, to increase its Note Circulation to $20,000,000,
we desire to make a reallocation, and for this purpose we propose to
fix the amounts available at various points as follows:-

Siam and Emergencies

Our note circulation in Bangkok, Penang and Singapore was withdrawn
some time ago in favour of the notes issued by the Siamese and Straits
