I am directed by the Marquess Curzon of Kedleston to transmit herewith copy of a telepror addressed to His Majesty's Minister at The Hague, together with his reply, relative to an alleged attempt to import into Honr Kong from Rotterdam three boxes of drugs concealed in a consignment of mamecium sulphate. It is understood that the Home Office have already drawn the attention of the
Duke of Devonshire to this transaction.
