In assordanos with your instructions our partner,
sir Maurice Fitmaurice, visited Hong Kong towards the end
of 1980, arriving in the Colony on November 13th and leaving
on December 1st.
The matters on which our advice was required ware
detailed in a letter ressived from The Hên, Director of
Public torks, datad 20th November, 1920, which was handed to
Sir Mauries Fitzmaurice. This letter ran sa follows:-
