Provided that Naval requirements as indicated in paragraph 4 above are met in the Agreement to be entered into between the Admiralty and the Colonial Govemment for the exchange of areas, My Lords concur in the Gove mor being communicated with as proposed in the last paragraph of your letter under reply.
