I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Seventeen million eight
hundred and sixty-nine thousand and sixteen Dollars to the
Public
Service of the year 1923,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
2.
This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Government may properly assent in the name
of His Kajesty and on His behalf.
