With reference to your despatch No.263 of the 30th August, 1922, I have the honour to request that this Government may be supplied with a list of the claims from creditors in Hongkong which have been filed in Sir
F. T. Piggott's bankruptcy, and also with a report regarding the arrangement for a composition with his creditors, referred to in your despatch No.342 of the 20th October, 1921, which has apparently fallen through.
