The members of the Council stood in their places while H.E. THE PRESIDENT, spoke as follows:-Since our last meeting we have heard of the death of Mr. Murray Stewarts who was a member of this Coun eil at various times from the year 1908 to the year 1912. He took the deepest interest in public affairs and his speeches always showed that he had a thorough knowledge of the subject on which he
