REPORT ON ORDINANCE No...........17. .................................................of 191– 1922.
1.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled An Ordi-
nance to authorise the Appropriation of a Supplementary sum of one
million and one thousand two hundred and sixty-two dollars and twelve
cents to defray the Charges of the year 1921,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
2. This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Government may properly assent in the name
of His Majesty and on His behalf.
