Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge
the receipt of Mr.Severn's despatch
No.300 of the 22nd of August in which
he forwarded copies of the Annual
General Report on Hong Kong for 1921.
2. The report will in due course moured
be presented in this country as a
Stationery Office publication, but in
most Colonies where, as in Hong Kong,
locally
the report is printed in the Colony
it is now usual to furnish a sufficient
number of copies for the use of the
Stationery Office, who confine them-
selves to adding a title page and a
back page containing a list of recent
reports. I understand that the
number of copies required for this
purpose is 625 and in order to save the
expense of double printing it would be
convenient if this number of additional
copies
