August, state-Although there has not been a large volume of business on the exchange during the past week prices of all stocks have re- mained steady. There is more enquiry for Ewos Cottons at slightly increased prices. are wanted at Tls. 22 cash and Tls. 23.15 September but at these prices there are no sellers at the close of business, Docks are in New demand both for cash and forward. Engineerings are wanted for cash. Rubbers are generally neglected except at quoted.
