scaffolding. I looked down on to Praya, and my view covered from

the hoarding to the Star Ferry Wharf. I saw 3 or 4 men outside the

door of the Sang Lee contractor (Statue Wharf) and I think 3 men

at the corner of the garden on the other side. I saw a ricksha

with a Chinese in it the hood was up. I saw 3 men from a corner of

the garden. One came out from the Praya first the other 2 followed,

One lifted the curtain of the hood of the ricksha and flung his

right arm upwards and I heard a report. The 3 men ran towards

Queen's Statue and also the 3 men outside the door of the Sang Lee.

After ricksha had ran 8 or 10 paces occupant fell out and ricksha

dropped. I saw a European I don't recognise him It was about

from the direction of the Star Ferry into the street leading to the

Queen's Statue. The European ran when the ricksha dropped and the man fell out. I recognise these photos.
