ricksna coolie I went to Bank garden and saw a revolver lying in the garden at the place I pointed out this morning. The ricksha coolie climbed over and picked up the revolver and handed it to me. It was loaded. I opened it 5 chambers 4 alive and one expladed. Those are like the cartridges.

L.S.A 48. On February 24th about 11,40 I was on duty on Connaught Road Central near Star Ferry Wharf going fast from Ferry I found a man lying on the ground. Prisoner was then in charge of 0.0.59. I took prisoner in charge and took him up Wardley Street

to Des Voeux Road. There Mr. Barlow last witness called to me. He

gave me therevolver and 4 lives rounds and 1 dead.

I took it up to Central Police Station, and gave it to Inspector

Grant.

L.S.A.19. About 12 P.M. on February 24th I removed dead body

of a Chinese male in an ambulance from the Praya to Government

Cvil Hospital. Body examined by Dr. McKenny and Dr. Esler and

then remove to the mortuary. Next morning at the mortuary body

identified in my presence as that of Leung Yuk Tong. These 2 (the

brothers) were present. Dr. Valentine gave me the bullet, The

clothing in Court Ex. B. is what deceased was wearing. There is a

charred mark on the outer jacket. I examined the clothing at the

Government Civil Hospital before it was taken off.
