I have the honour to confirm my telegram of

the 24th April, 1922, reporting the death from paralysis of Lance Sergeant A.89 Alexander Andrews which took place in the Government Civil Hospital on Saturday the 22nd April, 1922.

The next of kin is his mother, Mrs. A. Andrews, 12 Glebe Street, Dundee, and I would request that

my sympathy may be conveyed to her in the loss of her son.
