(2.) Every person found in any opium divan or found escaping therefrom on the occasion of its being entered under this Ordinance shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, to be or to have been smoking opiam therein.
4. Sub-section (5) of section 55 of the principal Ordi- Amendment nance is amended by the addition at the end thereof of of Ordinance the following words:-

5. Section 61 of the principal Ordinance is amended Amendment
