Section 9 provides that the finger rints on any police
supervision order shall be presumed to be those of the person
against whom the order was made.

Section 10 provides a penalty of two hundred and fifty dol-
lare or six months imprisonment for offences against the Ordinance.
12. In the schedule to the ordinance two alternative forms of
Form No. 1 are given, for use in summary cases, and on indictment,
respectively.
13.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency
the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and
on His behalf.
