I have the honour to report that I have granted Inspector William Davitt, Hongkong Police Force, a pension at the rate of £245 per annum with effect from the 18th February, 1922, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.
I have also granted him prior to his retire- ment from the service one month's leave of absence on full
pay to commence on the 18th January, 1922. The usual leave certificate is enclosed.
