Rose Bradford who states that he has not informed you that if you presented yourself to him for further medical examination he would pass you as fit

for for the service, but merely that

if you were sent to him for further examination by this Department he

would of course examine you.

Mr Churchill is prepared to consider you for further employment

in the event of a vacancy occurring in the near future; at present, however, there are no vacancies for which you

could be considered, and in view of

the general tendency towards

retrenchment in the Colonial Service
