That amendments based on the observations of the J.R. are likely to diminish the attempts from stamp duties & Thank the H.K. would be wrong to take advantage of the conditions by adopting such amendments. The previous of the other acture seem too stringent. They increase the list of possible crimes which in certain cases helps shifty persons to avoid their equitable obligations. If, however, the authorities prefer to try their new methods for a time, I do not think we need interfere.
