I enclose herewith the memorandum provided by

Dr. Rupert Hallam, the Medical Commissioner, from his notes

I think this taken at the time of his visit to the Hospital. gives the situation rather more in detail than was done in our Report.

The Executive Committee received the Colonial Office letter yesterday, and were very glad to learn that this section of the Report was to be forwarded to the Authorities concerned.
