With reference to my letter of the 2nd April transmitting a copy of a letter from Dr. von Friedberg on the subject of the investments by the late Gustav Theodor Siemssen in British Joint Stock Companies in China and Hong Kong, Iam directed by the Controller to transmit a copy of a letter, dated 6th May 1921, from the Foreign Office, to which Department a copy of Herr von Friedberg's was also forwarded.
