The Secretary to the Cabinet presents his
compliments to the Under Secretary of state for the
Home Department and with reference to ione Office letter
408,144 of the 10th ultimo, begs to transmit herewith
copy of a letter from the Secretary-General of the League
of Eations regarding the appointment of an Advisory
Committee on Traffic in Opium,
Bir Maurice Hankey proposes to inform Bir E. Drummond that Sir E. Delevingne, K.0.B. has been appointed
British depresentative on this Committee: he would at
the same time be glad to know whether Sir Halcols will
be able to arrange to be present at the first meeting of
the Committee which is timed to take place at Geneva on
May 2nd, 1921.
