with reference to your letter 277 J2/21 dated
luth June 1921, regarding the military lands and
buildings in victoria and kowloon, I am commanded by
the army Council to transmit, for the information of
the decretary of State, the enclosed copy of a report
dated 26th Rovember 1920, and of an explanatory Lap
received from the deneral Officer Commanding the Forced
in Chine, together with a copy of the Council's reply
dated outh June 1921.
