With reference to your letter 277 J2/21 dated 10th June 1921, regarding the military lands and buildings in Victoria and Kowloon, I am commanded by the Army Council to transmit, for the information of the Secretary of State, the enclosed copy of a report dated 26th November 1920, and of an explanatory Map received from the General Officer Commanding the Forces in China, together with a copy of the Council's reply dated 8th June 1921.
