the Marquera Curson of Kedleston to transmit to you herewi th

Shortt, that it would be highly desirable that whatever steps
appear to him most suitable should be taken to enlighten the
Opium Asyitary Committes and the Comoil of the league of Nations regarding the present deplor ble position of this
question an dieslored in there dampa teñas.
3. I am also to enclose herewith a copy of deepa teh
from the British Deleg:tion at the washington Conference,
in which a similar opinion is expressed regarding the
desirability of communicating the information in question to
the League of H∙tione,
