I do not feel inclined
to authorise any more releases to Dadal citizens until we get a copy of the
Law of September 5th, 1920, or unless
we get a definite statement upon the
certificates that they have acquired
nationality ipso facto. In this
particular case, that would appear
to be the fact, but I am not quite
clear that it might not come under
the second paragraph of Article 112
of the Treaty.
