Sir,
I am directed by the Marquesa Curzon of Kedleston to
enclose copy of a despatch from His Majesty's Minister at
Peking, with reference to the possibility of the Canton
Military Government assuming the control of the Canton-Kowloon
railway.

Lord Curzon proposes, subject to the concurrence of
Mr. Secretary Churchill, to approve the action taken by
Sir B. Alston in this matter.
