I have the honour to transmit to you herewith
translation of part of a letter received from the
Danzig Delegation of the Harbour Board here
requesting certain information which they require in
order to examine properly the question of establishing
a free port, and to enquire whether the Department
ia disposed and in a position to forward any official
publications which might be of assistance to the
Harbour Board.
