Relinquish Weihaiwei For Whampao In Kwangtung?
A report in the vernacular press sintee that negotiations are going ou between the British diplomats and the Peking Government to have the British concession of Weihaiwei re- turned to China and in exchange for which, the Peking Government is to grant the British the right to extend the oncession from Kowloon to Whampao in the province of Kwang. tung.
