Whang Poo Conservancy Board request that H.M.0. will nominate a British engineer to serve on the International Committee to pronounce final opinion on harbour development Committea to at Shanghai. Gives details of appointment. consist of six members, and taels 75,000 to be allocated for fees. Two firma anggeated, Coode, Matthews, Fitzmaurice and Wilson, and Rendal, Palmer and Tritton.
