Dear Sir:-
I am desired by my Chairman to infurm you that
after his interview at the Foreigu Gffice on the 23rd
instant he communicated with the Great worthezu Company,
as arranged, and bas this morning precived a telegra. from
Copenhagen advising that Mr. Sucuson, the Managing Director
of the Great northern Company, will come over to London
a fortnight heade and discuss the question with us, after
which the Chairman will again communicate with you on
the subject.
I am alvo dewired to send you, for the confidentiel
use of your Zepartment, a bound set of the Agreements, etc.,
which Mr. Bullard gave to the British Legation at Peking
during the Comp uies' singolistions with the Chinese and
Japanese Governmesita la 1913 - 14.
