to you herewith printed copy of a despatch from His Majesty's
Chargé d'Affaires at Peking forwarding the text of the
Resolutions passed by the Conference of the Associated
British Chambers of Commerce in China and Hongkong, held at
Shanghai from November 3rd to 6th, 1920.
2. I am to invite attention particularly to the terms of
the following Resolutions,-Nos.8, 12 and 18.
3. Copies of the enclosures herein are being forwarded
also to the Director of Naval Intelligence, Director of
Military Intelligence, India Office, Home Office, Treasury,
Ministry of Shipping, General Post Office, a nd His Majesty's
Office of Works.
