With reference to your letter of 22nd January (17675/476/15) transmitting a copy of a note from
the Danish Charge d'Affaires as to the property
of Captain Jacob bendixen at Hong Kong. I am directed by the Board of Trade to point out for the
information of Earl Curzon of Kedleston that the certificate of nationality forwarded by the Danian Charge d'Affaires states that the rights of a Danish born Bubject which are certified to belong to r.bendixen are voided if and when Mr.Lendixen opts for or otherwise obtains rights of citizenship
in any other country.
In these circumstances it appears to the Board of Trade that as apparently r.Bendixen
