Memorandum on present position of Wireless Telegraphy in China supplementary to Mr. Max Muller's Memorandum of July
10th, 1919.
SINCE the date of Mr. Max Muller's memorandum two despatches have been received from Sir J. Jordan enclosing documents whi oh, while they clear up points hitherto in doubt or unsettled, still leave the position extremely complicated.
