I beg to inform you that the matters upon which this
Government desires your advice are the following:=
(1)
Improvements of the Harbour generally.
(11) The provision of "harves and "arehouses provided
with railway communication.
(111) Improvement of the Vangkoktavi Harbour of Refuge. (iv) The question of dredging plent generally;

the
re-fitting of the dredger "St. Enoch" being con -
sidered in this connection.
The best means of providing facilities opposite Statue Square for lending from or embarking on launches and small craft generally.
