With reference to your telegrm of March 26th there is no
objection on the part of the Government of India to legislation
on the lines of the China (Amendment) Order in Council, 1920, but
the power to deport should apply to "every person subject to
Criminal Jurisdiction of the Court". Indions should not be
specifically mentioned in this connection.
