It is probable
that it does not really alter the law, and Boards of Arbitrators have in fact granted such compensation in the past under the princi-
pal Ordinance.
8. Section 7 is a minor amendment which is consequential on para-
graph (a) of section 2.
9. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His
behalf.
