I have the honour to report that I have granted Sub-Inspector James Arthur McKay, Hongkong Police Force, a pension at the rate of £174 per annum with effect from the 11th August, 1921, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him

In the event of the revised scheme of pensions now under consideration coming into force the pension payable to Sub-Inspector James Arthur McKay will be calculated according to that scheme, provided that the sum total of pension so assessed shall not be less than that provided under the existing rules.
