REPORT ON ORDINANCE No............................of 191 1921.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled en Ordinance to facilitate the enforcement in the Colony of Maintenance Crders made in England or Ireland and vice versa, and to declare the application of the Married Women (Desertion) Ordinance, 1905, and to amend the said Ordinance,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
2. This Ordinance was introduced in accordance with the instruc- tions contained in the Secretary of State's Circular despatch of the 8th October, 1920.

The main object of the Ordinance is to make reciprocal provisions for the enforcement in the Colony of maintenance orders made by courts in England and Ireland, and with this object in view sections
1 to 11 are modelled on sections 1 to 10 and section 13 of the Maintenande Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act, 1920,10 & 11
