them since 1916.

I contend that the right to acquire a new shere on my three old shares has accrued to me after July 12th 1919, the date fixed in the agreement between Great Britain and Austrie, after which property and rights acquired by Austrian subjects in Great Britain her colonies or possessions, do not come any longer under the cognizance of the Custodian of Enemy Property.

as to whether or not I may exercise the right to take
up a new share, and if this be the case under what conditione
I may do so.
