2. I am advised that the

following amendments should be mão;

in the graft Bill:-

The words "or in any other part

of His Majesty's dominions, or in

Ordinance extends" in Clause 3 (1)

the similar words in

and Clause 4 should be omitted.

The words "and certain other

places" in the marginal note to

Clause should be omitted.

Clause 6 should be amended

to read as follows :

(1) Where the Governor is

satisfied that reciprocal provisions

have been made by the legislature of

any part of His Majesty's dominions

outside the United Kingaom for the

enforcement
