Sir,

I am directed to inform you that His Excellency

the Officer Administering the Government has ordered an

investigation under General Order No.84 into certain charges

which are set out in the enclosure to this letter and which

form the grounds of your intended suspension.

The above grounds of intended suspension are

communicated to vou in order that you may have full opportunity

of excuĮpating yourself and I am accordingly to call upon you to

state in writing the 25th day of April any grounds of exculpation

upon which you rely.
