Executive Council No. 269.

Council discussed the case of Mok Yen-po. It was suggested that he might be allowed to resign but a majority of Council considered that he should be dismissed. His Excellency the Governor accepted the advice of the majority and decided that he should accordingly be suspended and recommended to the

Secretary of State for the Colonies for dismissal.
