I have the honour to report that I have
granted Mr. W. Chatham, Director of Public Works, e pension at the rate of £1017. 10. Od. per annum with effect from
the 1st June, 1921; and that the Crown Agents for the
Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as
they become due.
The personal allowance granted to Mr. Chatham has, in accordance with the approval conveyed in Lord Milner's despatch No. 3 of the 5th January, been incorporat- -ed in his salary in the calculation of this pension.
