erect installation on site mentioned in cypher telegram from General Officer Commanding to War Office dated 29th April that site would be best, If, however, company decline, then objections from defence point of view are not sufficient to justify refusal to them, at risk of company erecting installation outside British territory, of site approved by Committee for Anglo-Persian installa-

tion.
