(2.) Every person who contravenes or attempts to contravene any of the provisions of any regulations made under this section shall be liable upon summary convic- tion to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.
5.-(1.) Sub-section two of section 3 of the Deporta- Amendment tion Ordinance, 1917, is repealed and the following of Ordinance sub-section is substituted therefor :-

"(2.) On any occasion which the Governor in Ordinance
Council may consider to be an occasion of No. 25 of emergency or public danger, the Governor 1917. in Council may summarily issue a deporta- tion order against any person who in bis opinion is an alien, if he deems it to be conducive to the public good that such an order should be issued."
(2.) Form No. 7 in the Schedule to the Deportation Amendment Ordinance, 1917. is amended by the deletion of the of Ordinance

8. (1) Nothing in this Ordinance shall apply to Ordinance any duly accredited head of a foreign diplomatic mission to apply or any member of his household or of his official staff.

(2.) Unless the Governor otherwise directs, either Aliens Order,

to any alien who for the time being is in receipt of full pay as a member of His Majesty's naval, military, or air forces, or to the wife or child under the age of twenty- one years of any such alien.
