(2.) Every person who contravenes or attempts to contravene any of the provisions of any regulations made under this section shall be liable upon summary convic- tion to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.

5.-(1.) Sub-section two of section 3 of the Deporta- Amendment tion Ordinance, 1917, is repealed and the following of Ordinance sub-section is substituted therefor :-

"(2.) On any occasion which the Governor in Ordinance

8. (1) Nothing in this Ordinance shall apply to Ordinance any duly accredited head of a foreign diplomatic mission to apply or any member of his household or of his official staff.

(2.) Unless the Governor otherwise directs, either Aliens Order,
